Rotating

The most frequent editing for photos is rotating. With JetPhoto Studio, user can easily rotate photos left or right.

- Choose menu item 'Edit'->'Rotate Left' (or 'Rotate Right') to rotate photos 90 degrees counter clockwise (or clockwise).

The corresponding buttons to rotate photos can be found in album window top bar (Mac version) or toolbar (Windows version).

Enhancing

JetPhoto Studio enables enhancing image brightness and contrast for photos automatically with one-click. Even if the original photo was taken under incorrect exposure, here only one-click is needed to enhance picture quality shortly (also see sample pictures below). The effect is completely same as that taken by Auto Contrast in PhotoShop.

- Select photo items in Thumbnail view or switch current photo item in Detail view.

- Click button 'Auto Enhance Image', or choose menu item 'Image Process'->'Auto Enhance Image'.

(In Mac version, 'Auto Enhance Image' button can be found in Edit extra panel, but in Windows version, 'Auto Enhance Image' button can be found in toolbar of Detail view page.)

The enhanced photo will never overwrite the original file, instead, it will be imported into current album as a new photo.

Cropping

The cropping tool of JetPhoto Studio is quite easy to use, crops photos by specifying an aspect ratio to fit 6x4" print, 7x5" print, VGA screen, DVD wide screen or others.

(In Mac version, 'Crop Image' button can be found in Edit extra panel, but in Windows version, 'Crop Image' button can be found in toolbar of Detail view page.)

- Select a specific aspect ratio or 'Any Aspect Ratio' in 'Crop Image' window. With mouse operations, you can move or resize the selection to crop the photo. And click button 'Crop' once you have a decision.

The cropped photo will never overwrite the original file, instead, it will be imported into current album as a new photo.

Adjusting

With JetPhoto Studio, it's easy to fix photos for color balance, brightness, contrast, etc. Also, you will be used to fix photo white balance with 'Adjusting Image'.

- Select photo item in Thumbnail view or switch current photo item in Detail view.

- Click button 'Adjust Image', or choose menu item 'Image Process'->'Crop Image' to put this photo into the 'Adjust Image' window.

(In Mac version, 'Adjust Image' button can be found in Edit extra panel, but in Windows version, 'Adjust Image' button can be found in toolbar of Detail view page.)

- You can fix image white balance by sliding three color adjustment slide bars, or enable Keep Color Balance option to adjust image brightness. Also, move Contrast slide bar to adjust image contrast.

Here is a sample, the original photo was taken under the sunset lights, the sky color looks too warm (yellow). With the color/brightness adjustment of the Yellow-Blue channel, the blue sky returned immediately.
